I always stay at this hotel when I visit Seville and on this particular occasion the manager Antonio was extremely helpful in resolving a matter I had brought to his attention. His level of customer service and professionalism was absolutely outstanding and I can’t commend him enough. Thank-you Antonio and your Team at reception.. You really went above and beyond and I really look forward to my Stay again in December

We wanted something outside the centre of Seville as we were driving and Seville quite difficult for parking. This hotel was great as it was not too far out of the centre, had a bus stop close by for a bus straight into the centre. Room was lovely and hotel itself very modern and welcoming. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good (buffet).

We liked the fact the bus station to Sevilla center was close enough and the room was comfortable enough. There was machine that sells water and juices for 1 euro which is very affordable. Cleaning ladies are very nice. They even helped us get a kettle for the room.

Quiet clean comfortable rooms & beds. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts were good with a wide selection. Car parking is available in the parking garage and not not expensive at all.
